2. Frequently asked questions

Q1. Do I have to allow location access?
It is needed for the place to decide the look. You can still shoot without it; the hour alone then decides.

Q2. The colour changes at the same place.
The look depends on the hour and the weather as well as the place. The same alley looks different at golden hour and at night.

Q3. It says the weather could not be loaded.
The weather can drop out depending on your network or the service. The hour and surroundings still decide the look, and shooting is unaffected.

Q4. Where are my photographs stored?
In your iOS photo library. The app keeps no second copy, and they never leave the device.

Q5. What happens when I delete a photograph in the app?
It is deleted from the Photos app too, and recoverable for 30 days in Recently Deleted.

Q6. There are no accounts — how do I restore purchases?
On a device signed in to the same Apple Account, use Restore Purchases in the app.

Q7. Where do I ask about payments or refunds?
Apple's App Store handles payment, so file requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Q8. Can you add my neighbourhood?
Suggestions are welcome — email us the area name.

3. Bug reports and feedback

If something goes wrong or you have a suggestion, email us with the following.

• Device and iOS version, plus the app version
• When it happened, how to reproduce it, and roughly where and at what hour you were shooting
• A screenshot if possible (excluding anything sensitive)

4. End of support

If support ends, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the app and on this site.
