Dwelt — the camera the place decides
1. These terms
These terms govern your use of Dwelt, an iOS app published by XTI Corp ("we"). Installing and using the app means you accept them.
2. The service
Dwelt is a camera that reads your device's location, the hour and the weather to decide automatically how a photograph is graded. There are no accounts and no registration.
3. Paid items

Subscription terms. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged to your App Store account. Cancel any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions; access continues until the paid period ends. Payment, refunds and subscription management are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
Prices are those shown in the App Store and vary by country and over time. Price increases follow Apple's notice and consent process.
4. Your photographs
You own everything you photograph with the app. We do not access, collect, store or use your photographs; they exist only on your device and in your photo library.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not decompile, modify or copy the app, or circumvent payment for paid features.
- Do not photograph people without their consent or in places where photography is prohibited.
- Do not use the app unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.
6. Disclaimer
The look the app chooses is an estimate based on location, time and weather, and no particular result is guaranteed. Location and weather depend on outside services (Apple Maps, Apple WeatherKit, Open-Meteo) which may be inaccurate or temporarily unavailable.
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app. This does not limit liability for our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Changes and discontinuation
We may improve or change the app and, if necessary, discontinue it, giving notice in the app or on this site. If a purchased item becomes unusable as a result, we will handle it under applicable law and Apple's policies.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the courts of our registered office as the court of first instance.
