Picbook Subscription and Billing Policy
Last updated: August 16, 2026
1. What the free tier includes
Picbook's core features are free and require no account. The free tier includes up to 250 media file views. Once that allowance is used up, a Picbook Pro purchase is required to keep viewing. Other features such as history, bookmarks, and on-device saving remain free.
2. Picbook Pro products and pricing
| Product | Type | Price | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Picbook Pro (monthly) | Auto-renewing subscription · 1 month | US$1.99 / month | Unlimited viewing |
| Picbook Lifetime Access | One-time purchase (non-consumable) | US$9.99 | Unlimited viewing · no renewal |
Prices shown are for the U.S. App Store. The amount actually charged is the price displayed at checkout for your App Store country, currency, and applicable taxes. No free trial is currently offered.
3. Payment and auto-renewal
- Payment: All payments go through Apple App Store In-App Purchase. Payment information such as card details is managed by Apple, not the Company.
- Billing: Your Apple ID account is charged when the purchase is confirmed.
- Auto-renewal: The monthly subscription renews automatically for another month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and is billed at renewal. Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via: iOS Settings → Apple ID (profile) → Subscriptions → Picbook → Cancel Subscription. After canceling, the service remains available until the end of the current period.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled under Apple's refund policy and can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com. If the service is discontinued due to the Company's fault, refunds are provided for the remaining period.
- Price changes: Subscription price changes apply from the next renewal and will be announced in advance.
4. Restore
Subscriptions and purchases can be restored with the in-app "Restore Purchases" feature under the same Apple ID, including after changing devices or reinstalling the App.
