1. Service overview

The Service is an iOS app that helps align front, side, and back progress photos and compare personal records over time. Private Mode works without an account. Community Mode may be offered depending on the released build and operational readiness.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Community Mode is intended for users aged 18 or older, subject to the laws and age-verification process of the country where it is offered.

3. Not a medical service

Body Frame, comparisons, silhouette differences, and journals are capture and record-keeping tools. The Service is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, body-fat or muscle-mass measurement, health advice, or appearance evaluation.

4. Accounts and authentication

Core Private Mode records can be used without an account. Community Mode, groups, challenges, rankings, and social profiles may require a supported sign-in method. You are responsible for protecting access to your account and device and reviewing any account-linking or merge confirmation.

5. Photos, records, and backups

• Original photos and private records are stored primarily on device or in your private iCloud.
• Records may be lost through app removal, device reset, low storage, iCloud sign-out, or sync failure.
• Preserve important records through export, device backup, or another method you control.
• Ending a subscription will not improperly block access to, deletion of, or export of existing records.

6. Your content

You must have the rights and lawful consent needed for photos and text you capture, store, or share. For a sharing derivative you post to the community, you grant the Company a non-exclusive permission limited to operating, displaying, reviewing, moderating, and deleting that post. You retain ownership of your originals.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Capturing or sharing non-consensual content or material that violates another person's rights
• Sexual content involving minors, explicit sexual content, harassment, or body shaming
• Promotion of eating disorders, extreme weight loss, drug misuse, medical misinformation, or self-harm
• Security circumvention, score manipulation, spam, impersonation, or invitation-code abuse
• Conduct that violates law, app-store rules, or the Community Guidelines

8. Community operation

The Company may use reporting, blocking, automated or human review, content removal, account restriction or suspension, and an appeal process. Unapproved posts should not be visible to other members. The Community Guidelines provide further details.

9. Paid features

If paid features are offered, the purchase screen and applicable app-store terms will show price, duration, renewal, trial, cancellation, and refund information. No subscription should be assumed to be available until an actual product is configured and offered.

10. Changes and discontinuation

The Company may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service for stability, security, compliance, cost, or product improvement. Material changes will be announced through the app, website, or store listing when reasonably possible.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The Company works to provide a stable Service but does not guarantee identical capture results on every device, permanent data preservation, perfect Body Frame detection, or exact notifications and synchronization. To the extent permitted by law, liability may be limited for losses caused by missing backups, device conditions, permissions, user content, or third-party outages. Applicable law governs intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
