1. Information handled

• Private Mode: project names, capture dates, photos, notes, optional measurements, settings, and an optional Body Frame summary
• Device permissions: camera, photo library, notifications, Face ID, and iCloud availability
• If Community Mode is offered: sign-in provider identifier, optional email or display name, profile, groups, challenges, score events, fixed reactions, reports, and blocks
• When you post: a sharing derivative created separately from the original, audience settings, and short text
• Operations: app version, error category, approved feature events, and security logs

2. Information not collected or stored by default

• Live camera frames, person-segmentation masks, or raw pose keypoint coordinates
• Facial features, biometric identity templates, or body-feature vectors
• Advertising identifiers, IDFA, or third-party ad tracking data
• Analytics events containing photos, weight, measurements, notes, free text, or exact capture time
• Original photos sent to a social backend without your explicit sharing action

3. Purposes

• Frame guidance, record storage, comparison, export, and backup
• App lock, reminders, account authentication, and optional community features
• Private groups, challenges, appearance-independent Momentum scores, cheers, reports, and blocks
• Error handling, security, service improvement, and legal obligations

4. Storage and separation

Original photos and private records are stored primarily in local app storage or your private CloudKit database. If you choose to save to Photos, a copy may also be stored in your Apple photo library.

Only a derivative you create through the sharing flow is sent to a social backend. Sharing is designed with face blur on by default, measurements off by default, and removal of EXIF, location, and exact capture time.

5. Permissions

You can change permissions in iOS Settings. Refusing a permission may limit only the feature that needs it.

• Camera: progress capture and Body Frame guidance
• Photo library: importing previous photos or saving results
• Face ID: optional app lock
• Notifications: recording cadence and challenge reminders
• iCloud: optional private backup and restore

6. Providers and processing

Where enabled in the released build, Apple iCloud and CloudKit, Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, and Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Storage, and Functions may support accounts, private backup, or community features. The actual services used, data categories, regions, and retention will be kept aligned with the release build and App Store disclosures.

The current public website provides launch-preparation information and does not provide advertising cookies or body-photo upload functionality.

7. Retention and deletion

Server retention and backup-deletion periods will be finalized and reflected here before Community Mode launches.

• Local originals and records: until you delete them or remove the App
• Local records moved to Trash: retained for recovery for up to 30 days, then permanently deleted
• Private iCloud backup: until you delete it through the App or iCloud
• Community account and posts: until an account or content deletion request is processed
• Reports, enforcement records, and backups: for the minimum period needed for disputes, security, and legal obligations

8. Your choices and rights

You can view, edit, export, or delete records in the App. If Community Mode is offered, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of account information. Follow the Account and Data Deletion page for available methods.

9. Minors and community

Community Mode is designed for users aged 18 or older, and sharing body photos involving minors is prohibited. If the Company identifies minor-related content in the community, it may block visibility, remove content, restrict accounts, and take appropriate safety action.

10. Security measures

• Separate storage paths for originals and sharing derivatives
• Encryption in transit and Keychain storage for authentication tokens
• Sensitive-photo cover in the app switcher and optional Face ID lock
• Expiry of deleted sharing URLs and least-privilege operations
• No photo paths, notes, or measurements in logs

11. Contact and changes
