PhysiqueSnap Account and Data Deletion
Updated July 22, 2026
Deletion depends on where your PhysiqueSnap data is stored. Review local originals, private iCloud backup, and a Community Mode account separately.
1. Delete an individual photo or record
- Choose delete from a record or session detail in the App.
- A deleted local record moves to Trash and can be restored for up to 30 days.
- Permanent deletion from Trash cannot be undone on the device.
2. Delete all local data on the device
Use an in-app delete-all-data control if it is available in the released build. Removing the App deletes data in its local app container, but copies saved separately to Photos and private iCloud data may remain.
3. Delete private iCloud backup
Use delete iCloud backup in the App's backup management screen. If that control is unavailable or you cannot access the App, review PhysiqueSnap data in iPhone iCloud storage management. Apple account and iCloud recovery policies may apply.
4. Delete a Community Mode account
- Open Profile > Account and Privacy > Delete Account.
- Review the target account, groups, posts, and non-recoverable items before confirmation.
- If the network disconnects during processing, check deletion status again in the App.
- After account deletion, active access URLs for posts and sharing derivatives are expired.
5. If you cannot access the App
Email manager@x-ti.org with the subject “PhysiqueSnap Account Deletion Request.” Include the email used to sign in and only the minimum information needed to verify the request. Do not send body photos, passwords, or verification codes.
6. Information that may remain
Minimum records needed for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, disputes, or report handling, as well as encrypted backups that cannot be immediately overwritten, may remain for a limited period. They are not returned to normal service use. Actual server retention will be finalized in the Privacy Policy before Community Mode launches.
