PHYSIQUESNAP · XTI CORP
PhysiqueSnap Support
Updated July 22, 2026
PhysiqueSnap is currently in launch preparation. This page explains the public product principles and planned support flow and will be updated to match the released build.
1. Get started
- Create a project and choose a recording purpose and cadence.
- Allow camera access and follow Body Frame guidance for front, side, and back captures.
- Review the photos, notes, and optional measurements before saving.
- Choose two dates in Journal to compare records.
2. Camera or photo permission
Check camera and photo permissions in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security. If a permission is refused, access to and deletion of existing records should remain available where possible.
3. Body Frame cannot detect a person
- Move until your full body fits within the view.
- Try again where there is enough contrast between the person and background.
- Clean the camera lens and check lighting.
- Turn Body Frame off and continue with manual capture.
4. Saving and recovery
- If the App closed before completion, check for temporary-session recovery on the next launch.
- Deleted records can be restored from Trash for up to 30 days.
- A capture may not be marked complete when device storage is insufficient.
- Preserve important originals through export or device backup.
5. iCloud backup
In a release that offers iCloud backup, confirm the same Apple account, iCloud Drive status, and the App's backup setting. Synchronization may be delayed by network, storage, or Apple service conditions.
6. Sign-in and community
Private Mode works without an account. If Community Mode is offered, sign-in, private groups, reporting, blocking, and account deletion will be available in the App. A social-server outage is designed not to interrupt private records.
7. Safety reports
Use in-app reporting and contact manager@x-ti.org for minor-related content, non-consensual imagery, sexual content, or an immediate safety concern. Contact local emergency services first in an emergency.
- Account or post identifier
- Time and description of the issue
- Do not attach original sensitive body photos to email
8. Account and data deletion
Use the in-app account-deletion control first. If you cannot access the App, follow the Account and Data Deletion page.
9. Billing and refunds
If paid features are actually offered, purchase confirmation, subscription management, and refunds follow the applicable App Store account and Apple's process. This section does not apply to a development build with no product for sale.
10. Contact
- Email: manager@x-ti.org
- Operator: XTI Corp
- Include the App version, iOS version, device model, and steps to reproduce.
- Do not send passwords, verification codes, or original body photos.
