Cascade Photos Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

• You may use the App once you install it on an iOS device and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
• If you are a minor and the law of your region requires consent from a legal guardian, you must use the App after obtaining that consent.
• You must comply with applicable law, Apple's terms, and App Store policies.

2. Photo library access

• Photo library access may be required to use the photo feed feature.
• You can choose full photo access, limited photo access, or no access.
• With limited access, the App can only display the photos you selected.
• If you deny or revoke access, some features such as photo display may be unavailable.
• Permission settings can be changed in Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos › Cascade Photos on iOS. Menu names may differ depending on the device or iOS version.

3. Your obligations

You must not:

• Interfere with or bypass the security or functionality of the App, operating system, or third-party services.
• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App, or use it in violation of licenses and law.
• Infringe other people's photos, portraits, works, personal information, or other rights.
• Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.

4. Intellectual property

Rights in the App's software, design, trademarks, copy, and related materials belong to the operator or the rightful owners. The operator grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the App.

Photos stored on your device and the copyright, portrait rights, and other rights in them belong to the original right holders. Using the App does not transfer any of your rights in the photos to the operator.

5. Service changes and discontinuation

The operator may change, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the App for feature improvements, security responses, stable operation, legal compliance, or technical needs. We will notify you in advance when possible, but may notify you afterwards when security issues or urgent incident responses require it.

6. Limitation of liability

• The App works according to your device state, photo library, iOS version, permission settings, and network environment. We do not guarantee error-free operation in all environments.
• Backing up important photos is your responsibility. Cascade Photos is not an app that deletes or modifies photos in your library.
• To the extent permitted by law, the operator's liability is limited for damages caused by device errors, operating system issues, permission changes, photo library state, or third-party service problems.
• This section does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or waived under applicable law.

7. Changes to these Terms

The operator may change these Terms when necessary. Changes will be posted in the App or on the policy pages, and material changes requiring separate notice under law will be announced in an appropriate way.
