Cascade Photos — discover your photos anew
Cascade Photos's current core feature is exploring the photos on your own device. If user-to-user features are introduced later — such as comments, follows, photo sharing, profiles, posts, or messages ("Community Features") — these guidelines will apply.
1. Respect and safety
- Respect other people's dignity, reputation, privacy, portrait rights, copyright, and personal information.
- Do not engage in harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, stalking, sexual harassment, or incitement of violence.
- Do not post or share other people's photos, personal information, private images, or sensitive information without consent.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
The following content or conduct is prohibited:
- Content that promotes unlawful acts, crime, self-harm, violence, terrorism, or dangerous behavior
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation or abuse, or sexual content harmful to minors
- Disclosing non-consensual sexual images, illegal recordings, private images, or personal information
- Fraud, phishing, spam, malware distribution, account theft, or deception
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, portrait rights, or other legal rights
- Abuse of automated tools, mass posting, manipulation, or interference with app operation
3. Reporting and enforcement
Once Community Features are available, users may report content or users that violate these policies. The operator will review reports and may delete content, restrict exposure, limit features, suspend accounts, take measures to prevent recurrence, or cooperate with relevant authorities as needed.
For immediate danger, illegal recordings, child safety concerns, or urgent risk of harm, report directly to local emergency services or the relevant authorities.
4. Current scope
The current version has no Community Features, so these guidelines serve as the standard for future feature expansion. Before any actual user content sharing is offered, safety features including reporting, blocking, content review, and response procedures will be in place.
