SHORTS33 Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the SHORTS33 website and Android application (the “Service”), provided by XTI Corp (the “Company”).

1. Service overview

SHORTS33 helps users discover, search, and access publicly available short-form videos and related information. The Android App may include a WebView that displays shorts33.com.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must also meet the age and eligibility requirements of any third-party platform you use through the Service.

3. Third-party content and rights

Videos, audio, images, channel names, trademarks, and related metadata remain the property of their creators, publishers, or platforms. SHORTS33 does not acquire ownership of third-party content and does not guarantee its accuracy, legality, continued availability, or availability in every region.

4. Acceptable use

  • Follow applicable law and the terms and policies of third-party platforms, including YouTube.
  • Do not copy, download, redistribute, sell, or bypass rights-management controls except where expressly permitted.
  • Do not disrupt the Service through automation, excessive requests, malware, fraud, or engagement manipulation.
  • Do not infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights.

5. External services and the App environment

Playback, sign-in, comments, advertising, recommendations, and content removal depend on third-party platforms such as YouTube. External links may open in your browser or another app and are governed by that service's terms.

6. Changes and restrictions

The Company may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features for security, policy, technical, cost, maintenance, or product-improvement reasons. If third-party content is removed, made private, or region-restricted, it may become unavailable through SHORTS33.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided as available. The Company does not guarantee content accuracy, successful playback, search results, recommendation quality, or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for indirect loss caused by third-party content, external platforms, networks, devices, or user conduct. Applicable law governs intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

8. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be handled under the procedures and jurisdiction required by applicable law.
