SHORTS33 Support and How to Use

Use the steps below to resolve common issues with the SHORTS33 website or Android App.

Quick start

  1. Open shorts33.com or the SHORTS33 Android App.
  2. Choose short-form content or a search result.
  3. When YouTube playback or an external link opens, follow the instructions of that platform.

Playback problems

  • Check your network connection and reload the page.
  • Check whether YouTube removed, privatized, age-restricted, or region-restricted the content.
  • Update your browser, Android System WebView, and the App.
  • Temporarily check without a VPN, content blocker, data saver, or battery saver.

Android App issues

  • If Back does not work as expected, confirm whether the WebView has navigation history before exiting the App.
  • External links may open in your default browser or the relevant native app.
  • For repeated display errors, clear the SHORTS33 cache in device settings and restart. Clearing App data may also remove WebView cookies and local settings.

Content reports and privacy

Use YouTube's reporting tools for copyright, harmful content, or platform-policy issues involving content hosted on YouTube. Contact XTI Corp for a SHORTS33 display error or privacy question.
