SHORTS33 Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how XTI Corp handles information through the SHORTS33 website and Android application. SHORTS33 provides a surface for discovering and playing third-party short-form content and related information.

1. Information that may be processed

  • Content information: public video URLs, identifiers, titles, thumbnails, channel or publisher information, and public metadata.
  • Usage information: searches, selected content, page navigation, and playback requests needed to provide the Service.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser or WebView details, operating system, access time, errors, and security logs that may be generated by hosting and security operations.
  • Support information: your email address, message, and attachments when you contact us.

2. Android App and local storage

The current Android App uses a WebView to display shorts33.com. The WebView may keep cache, cookies, DOM storage, and web settings on your device to provide pages and playback, and third-party platform cookies may be used. You can clear local WebView data by clearing App data or removing the App.

3. Third-party platforms

When you play YouTube or Google content or open their links, those platforms may process cookies, account state, device and network information, and usage activity under their own terms and privacy policies. SHORTS33 is not operated by Google or YouTube.

4. Purposes and disclosure

Information may be used to provide discovery and playback, maintain reliability, resolve errors, protect security, and answer support requests. The Company does not sell personal information. Hosting or CDN providers, app stores, and third-party content platforms may process information within their respective roles, and information may be disclosed when required by law.

5. Retention and deletion

Local WebView data may remain until you clear App data or remove the App. Technical logs and support records may be retained as needed for security, incident response, support, disputes, or legal requirements. You can request privacy assistance using the contact below.

6. Children, security, and changes

SHORTS33 is not directed primarily to children. You must follow the age requirements of third-party platforms. The Company applies reasonable safeguards and may update this Policy when the Service, external platforms, SDKs, law, or operations change.
