Complete before publication: operator identity, actual storefronts, product availability, trials or offers, Family Sharing, grace-period setup, support contact, and effective date must match App Store Connect and the release archive.

These Subscription Terms supplement the Intentime Terms of Use and apply when you purchase Intentime Pro through Apple’s App Store.

1. Plans

The actual localized price, currency, tax treatment, billing period, and any eligible offer shown on Apple’s purchase confirmation screen at the time of purchase control. Prices in planning documents are not an offer.

2. What Pro provides

  • 30-day and 90-day Promise Gap and behavior patterns
  • A custom purpose of 1–120 characters for each promise

App, category, and website selection, Screen Time Shield, temporary access, re-protection, Emergency Access, Today, and the basic 7-day report remain part of the free protection flow. Pro does not sell access to Apple Screen Time APIs.

3. Payment and automatic renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically under Apple’s rules until you cancel it. Apple displays and processes the actual charge. Any price change, notice, consent request, tax, or storefront rule is handled under Apple’s applicable process and local law.

4. Manage or cancel

Manage or cancel Intentime Pro in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves Pro access through the current paid period, subject to Apple’s status for the transaction. Deleting the app, resetting Intentime data, disabling Screen Time authorization, or stopping use does not cancel the subscription.

5. Restore Purchases

Use Restore Purchases from the paywall or Settings to ask StoreKit to verify entitlement for the same Apple Account. Restoration can restore Pro access, but it does not sync or restore local session history or custom-purpose text between devices.

6. Trials, offers, Family Sharing, and grace periods

No free trial or introductory offer and no Family Sharing are planned for the initial release, but the final configuration is not yet confirmed. Only a benefit explicitly shown in the App Store purchase flow is included. Billing grace periods, retry, and continued entitlement depend on Apple’s status and the final App Store Connect configuration; the app keeps Pro access only while StoreKit reports a current entitlement.

7. Expiry, billing retry, revocation, and refunds

When StoreKit no longer reports a valid entitlement because of expiry, cancellation at period end, billing failure, refund, or revocation, 30-day and 90-day reports and custom-purpose creation become locked. The free protection flow and local history remain; existing local history is not deleted solely because Pro ends.

Apple processes charges, billing retry, refunds, and revocations under Apple’s policies and applicable law. The Operator does not directly process full card data or issue card refunds inside Intentime.

8. Changes to Pro

Pro features may evolve, but changes to an active paid period will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and Apple’s rules. Material pricing or benefit information must be shown before purchase or renewal where required.
