Open with intent. Leave on time.

Open apps with a purpose.

Before you start scrolling, choose why you are opening an app and commit to an active-use budget. Intentime helps you compare that promise with observable behavior through the Promise Gap—without blame, shame, ads, or an Intentime account.

For iPhone · iOS 16.4 or later · Portrait only · English and Korean

You chose five minutes of use.

Intentime helps you keep that promise.

Put one deliberate moment before the automatic one.

01

Choose

Select apps, categories, or websites with Apple’s system picker.

02

Promise

Choose your purpose and a 3, 5, 10, or 15 minute active-use budget.

03

Use

Intentime temporarily opens one protected target while iOS observes eligible activity.

04

Reflect

Mark the outcome and review Today or your evidence-based Promise Gap.

The protection flow stays free.

Opaque Screen Time tokens

Intentime does not receive protected-app content or browsing history.

Apple handles purchases

StoreKit provides localized prices and entitlement status; Intentime does not receive full card data.

An active-use budget is not a wall-clock countdown.

Apple controls Device Activity callbacks and background execution. Re-protection may happen earlier or later than the selected budget, and a system safety boundary may intervene. Local notifications and Live Activities are optional status aids, not guaranteed real-time controls.

Do not protect apps that you may need immediately for calls, authentication, security, medical needs, payments, or emergency communication. Emergency Access removes Intentime protection and monitoring until you explicitly resume it in Settings.

Release information

Release status

Intentime is in pre-release preparation. Version 0.1.0 (build 1), availability, storefronts, pricing, offers, Family Sharing, grace-period settings, and operator information may change before release. The final App Store purchase screen controls the actual price and period.
