1. Plans

2. Payment and subscription

  1. Products: DuoVault Premium is offered as a monthly (duovault.premium.monthly) or yearly (duovault.premium.yearly) auto-renewing subscription.
  2. Payment: All payments go through Apple App Store In-App Purchase, charged at the price shown in the App Store at signup. Payment information such as card details is managed by Apple, not the Company.
  3. Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the same amount is charged at renewal.
  4. Free trial: No free trial is currently offered.

3. Canceling (turning off auto-renewal)

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID (profile) → Subscriptions → DuoVault → Cancel Subscription
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and Premium benefits remain until then.

4. Expiration and grace period

  • When a subscription expires, existing Premium benefits are retained for a 7-day grace period, after which the account moves to the free policy (21-day viewing window · 500MB · 30-second videos).
  • Existing data is not deleted after expiration and remains accessible within the free policy limits.

5. Price changes and refunds

  1. Price changes: Changes are announced in advance, and price increases apply from the next renewal. If you do not agree, you can cancel before renewal.
  2. Refunds: Refunds for App Store payments follow Apple's refund policy and can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com. The developer does not process payments directly, so billing inquiries should be filed with Apple.

6. Sharing subscription benefits

  • If either partner has an active Premium subscription, both users receive Premium benefits for the couple vault.
  • Subscription status is shared between couple vault partners for the purpose of determining benefits.
