Super Simple Mirror Support and How to Use

Quick start

1. Open the App and allow camera permission.
2. Choose a filter and intensity on the front-camera view.
3. Tap capture and choose to save the photo to your library when needed.

If the camera is unavailable

• Check that camera permission is enabled for Super Simple Mirror in device settings.
• Close other apps using the camera and reopen Super Simple Mirror.
• Update the App and operating system, then restart the device.

Photo-saving problems

• Check photo or media-saving permission.
• Confirm that the device has enough free storage.
• Check the Recents album and device-specific permission settings.

Pro Filter Pack purchase and restore

• The Pro Filter Pack is a one-time purchase that stays unlocked, and payment is processed by the App Store.
• If you changed devices or reinstalled the App, tap “Restore Purchases” in the App to restore purchases made with the same Apple account.
• If restore fails, check that you are signed in with the Apple account used for the purchase and that you have an internet connection.
• For refunds, use Apple's refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Offline use and data

All 296 filters and every editing feature run offline on your device, and photos are not uploaded to Company servers. The App uses the network only for the Pro Filter Pack purchase and restore. Manage saved photos in your photo library. Deleting the App may remove settings, but photos in the library may remain.
