1. Personal Information We Collect

The App does not collect personal information.

• There is no account registration or login.
• The camera view and any saved photos are never sent to a server.
• The App does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking tools.
• The App does not collect or use the advertising identifier (IDFA).

2. Camera and Photo Permissions

Camera video is processed only while the App is on screen and stops immediately when you leave the App. You can revoke either permission at any time in iOS Settings.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following settings only on your device. They do not identify you and are not transmitted to a server.

• Selected filter and favorites list
• Filter intensity, brightness, zoom, and lighting-correction settings
• Whether the screen light is on, plus its brightness and color temperature
• Horizontal and vertical flip state
• Whether you have seen the first-launch guide
• Whether the Pro Filter Pack has been purchased

These values are deleted together with the App when you uninstall it.

4. In-App Purchase

The App offers one one-time in-app product, the Pro Filter Pack.

• Payment is handled by Apple's App Store. The App never receives, sees, or stores your card number, payment method, or Apple account details.
• The only thing the App stores on your device is whether the purchase was made (true or false).
• Tapping “Restore Purchases” checks your current purchase history with Apple. This communication with Apple is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
• Apart from purchase and restore, no feature of the App uses the network. All 296 filters and every editing feature work offline.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

Because the App does not collect personal information, it does not share it with third parties or entrust its processing to service providers.

6. Retention and Deletion

Because the App does not collect personal information, there is no retention period. The local settings described in Section 3 are removed from your device when you delete the App.

7. Your Rights

Because no personal information is collected, there is no information subject to access, correction, deletion, or processing-restriction requests. You can clear the settings stored on your device at any time by deleting the App or clearing its app data in iOS.

8. Children's Personal Information

The App is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Security

Camera video and saved photos never leave your device. The App has no server that transmits user data.
